"And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart
that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the
eye." "What is essential is invisible to the eye," the little prince
repeated, so that he would be sure to remember.
" - THE LITTLE PRINCE
I love words. I love it when someone expresses just the right words in the right order at the right time. Words can touch you so. This quote, however, is the very core of what I've learned over the past few months.

The
HEART is how one sees rightly.

Before I loved words so much because of the reason and the epiphanys in things discovered. My heart delights in learning. I love
intelligence. Of every kind. Everything is a way of thinking. Patience is way of thinking. Faith is a way of thinking. How does a man choose to be so hard-hearted in one second, and then the next not only submit to being softened, but feel EASILY softened? He switches his thinking.

So before, I loved learning for the purpose of reason, logic, and things that just made sense. I loved turning the lights on in my mind.
Enlightenment. I thought everything known SHOULD be able to be expressed in words. But this is false. It cuts off a whole world of intelligence. It cuts off a whole realm of emotion, enlightenment, love, and feeling.

It was scary to learn this at first. It takes a great amount of trust for someone to show this way of thinking to you. To learn it, it requires you to walk in the dark. It requires you to, for a second, shut off your reason, your logic, your eyes, and your words.
You don't think. You feel. If you find yourself saying "I think" you've already failed. You don't think. You feel. If you find yourself considering the factors that play into the situation, you've failed. Don't consider. You don't think. You feel.

The heart is the base of understanding.

You won't find a knowledge more
solid. You won't find a knowledge to more stir and intensify your passions. You won't find a knowledge to more trust. You won't find a knowledge to more engage all senses. Your heart. YOUR HEART.

How did I explain THIS in words at first? I didn't. I couldn't. All I could do was feel. It was terrifying. That is how man understands! "Explain to me what you mean." "What did they say?" "HOW do you know? Tell me." Words.

They are thinking too much.

"HOW I know, is BECAUSE I know. I feel."

Those are my words. But they're aren't enough. People need measurements. People need comparisons. People need factors. Patterns. Pros and Cons.

What happened to the heart and only the HEART?

Trust.

TRUST the HEART.

See the essential.

SEE
THE HEART.
